Choice Catalyst ("we", "us") is a behavioural-science consultancy and part of CUBE Group. This policy explains what information we collect through choicecatalyst.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write. If you email or call us, we collect what you choose to share. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls you book, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside CUBE Group except with service providers who help us operate (e.g., email and scheduling), under appropriate safeguards.
Legal basis & retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you) or consent (where required). We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us about, or as law requires.
Your rights
